History and Purpose of the Crystal Awards
The Crystal Awards were created in 1992 to publicly acknowledge fundraising professionals at all levels of experience and create pride in our shared profession.
Today, the event brings together development professionals representing more than 350 nonprofit organizations as well as community leaders from the philanthropic and corporate sectors and continues to recognize outstanding individuals and projects in the field of fund development.
Selection Process
The Crystal Award recipients are nominated by their peers and selected by a group of more than 50 volunteers. The winner of the Amy J. Gerver WVDO Leadership Award is determined by the WVDO Board of Directors.

WVDO Members:
Early registration (payment received by April 11): $30
Regular registration (payment received by May 5): $35
Non-Members:
Early registration (payment received by April 11): $40
Regular registration (payment received by May 5): $45
Members may bring one non-member guest at the member price.
Non-profit table of 10: $300
Corporate-sponsored table of 10: $500
