For 2011, WVDO changed the scholarship program to focus on educational options, not basic membership. A limited number of scholarships are available for each of the WVDO programs. Please review the scholarship form and submit it at least 1 month prior to the event you are requesting to attend. Because we have programs throughout the year, we will be accepting program scholarship forms all year long.
