Sponsorship Opportunities: Helping the Community

We understand that small organizations cannot always afford membership in a professional organization. We also know that these organizations are often the greatest in need of professional education in fundraising.

To make our programs as accessible as possible to all nonprofits in the community, we provide scholarships.


WVDO SCHOLARSHIPS: $5,000/YEAR

Each year, WVDO provides scholarships for membership and the lunch series to development staff and volunteers in small nonprofits. In addition, we have created a scholarship program with the Black United Fund to increase ethnic diversity in WVDO programs. These scholarships will be multi-year and include the Lunch Series, Third Thursday and committee participation.

Each scholarship recipient will receive:

Membership in WVDO (value: $75.00 per year)
Lunch Series (value: $80/year)
Access to the Member Only section of the WVDO Website
Membership discounts for Advanced Skills and other programming
Bi-weekly newsletter

INDIVIDUAL SCHOLARSHIPS: $135.00/YEAR
